At Access Denied, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes and include the printed return slip inside the package to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
